1. These rules of use (hereinafter - the Rules) provide possible ways of sending requests and donations on the portal https://www.kazhanroad.in.ua/ (hereinafter - the Portal) The manager of the portal is "VšĮ Ukrainian refugees", address: Vilnius, J Savickio g. 4-7, Lithuania (hereinafter referred to as the Foundation).

 

2. Terms used in the Rules:

2.1. A person is a natural or legal entity over the age of 14.

2.2. Donor or Donor - a natural or legal person who donates funds on the Portal in one of the ways indicated on the Portal.

2.3. A donor is a natural or legal person who, on his own behalf, donated funds to the Project published on the portal.

2.4. A periodic donor is a natural person who chooses to assign a selected amount of support every month in the manner specified in Clause 4 of the Rules.

2.5. A beneficiary is a recipient of charitable assistance.

2.6. A volunteer is a person who helps the Foundation in the implementation of its goals and objectives, implementation of projects.

2.7. Targeted charitable assistance - non-returnable financial assistance provided by donors to fulfill specific requests of final beneficiaries and with the help of the Fund.

 

3. Forms of transfer of donor aid:

3.1. Bank Transfer.

3.2. By call, subscription (periodic payment).

3.3. Mobile phone (QR code).

3.4. Cryptocurrency.

 

4. The main way of donating aid is to pay the requests of final beneficiaries (targeted charitable aid). When paying for a specific request for assistance, the donor transfers funds to the Fund, and the Fund satisfies this request at the expense, including the transferred funds from the donor within the framework of targeted assistance.

 

5. Beneficiaries submit requests for charitable assistance to the Foundation, which the Foundation publishes on the website pages.

 

6. Requests for charitable assistance may consist of requests for monetary assistance, material assistance, etc.

 

7. The Donor assumes all responsibility related to the authenticity of the provided personal data of the Donor and the transparency of the donated funds.

 

8. After receiving confirmation from the bank about the transfer of funds, the Fund starts working on the request.

 

9. The aid that the Foundation receives from donors is irrevocable and cannot be returned.

 

10. The Fund reserves the right to update or change the Rules at any time. Such updated or amended Rules become effective from the date of their publication on the Portal. You should check them from time to time to ensure that you are satisfied with the current version of the Rules. After the Rules are updated, we will notify you of significant, in our opinion, changes by publishing them on the Portal.
