The device consists of a 7-inch TFT monitor and a camera that has infrared illumination and works in analog mode. The device is powered by a 12V car outlet. Magnets are attached to the camera, which allow you to install the camera on the hood or roof of the car. The range of IR illumination is ~30m. It should be understood that this is not a military optical device, that this device doesn't make you completely invisible - IR light (two red lights under the camera lens) is visible in the NVD and the device's monitor also has a light (despite both the camera and the monitor are set to minimum brightness and a toning film for the screen is included). You should take this into account when using the device. But, as the practice and reviews of the military show, this device performs well the tasks set before it (primarily the evacuation of the wounded).
